Cancellation Policy
A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment and will be credited toward your service total.
Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. The transferred appointment must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
Any unpaid balances must be settled before future appointments can be booked.
